Katie Frank’s Portfolio
A look at the strategy, campaigns, and results from my work across B2B SaaS — paid media, demand gen, events, ABM, and everything in between.
Creative Campaigns.
Real Pipeline.
I'm a growth marketer with a track record of building campaigns that drive pipeline, fuel revenue, and align with real business goals. I specialize in full-funnel strategies across digital, ABM, events, and lifecycle marketing — often navigating lean resources and ambitious targets.
I focus on revenue over vanity metrics and clarity over chaos. Whether I'm launching a virtual event that drives 18x ROI on pipeline or rolling out a net-new ABM program, I care about results and the process that gets us there.
Generated $1.7M+ in qualified pipeline across campaigns and events
Turned a $23K investment into $443K in open pipeline — 1,826% ROI — with a virtual wine tasting event that also closed $92K in revenue
Achieved a 492% ROI on LinkedIn conversation ads, producing $71K in open opportunities from $12K spent
Contributed to a 329% YOY increase in marketing-sourced leads, alongside a 56% jump in demos and 44% growth in pipeline
Launched a new AI coordination agent, owning paid, lifecycle, and GTM strategy simultaneously as the sole growth marketer
Key Wins
Anti-Piracy Reddit Retargeting Campaign
I took the early 2000s "You wouldn't download a car..." format and adapted it for a developer audience — poking fun at outdated tools and clunky workflows instead of pirated DVDs.
The throwback tone landed. Beyond strong CTR and CPC within the first month, the campaign earned 96 shares and a 63% upvote ratio. On Reddit, where ad love is rare, that's a strong signal the message cut through.
Turns out, engineers who never click ads will share them when the pain feels real.
Ada Lovelace Day Campaign
For Ada Lovelace Day, I wrote and produced a campaign connecting her definition of imagination to modern engineering.
The campaign included a blog post tying Ada's 1841 writing to how engineers work today, paired with social content and visuals designed to resonate with a technical audience without feeling like an ad.
Korey Launch Video
Co-produced the official launch video for Korey, Shortcut's AI coordination agent, in partnership with Anyway Studio to bring the vision to life: less time on the work about work, more time building.
Testimonials
“Katie brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to everything she does. She owns paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit, builds lifecycle email programs, and writes sharp ad copy across channels. What sets her apart is her ability to blend analytical rigor with genuine creative instinct — she can dig into campaign performance data and turn around a fresh ad concept in the same breath. In short, top notch marketer and collaborator that you’ll enjoy having on your team.”
“[Katie] was proactive — not waiting to be pointed toward the next thing, but identifying where she could add value and moving toward it. [...] She was consistently described as collaborative and easy to work with — someone who made the people around her better without making it about herself. [...] Any growth marketing team would be gaining a genuinely good teammate. I recommend her without reservation.”
“From the moment she joined the team, Katie dove headfirst into her responsibilities, bringing a blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution that has made a significant impact across the board. Katie’s leadership in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns has not only driven impressive results but also set a new standard for what’s attainable at PrimePay. Her ability to plan and execute high-profile events, both in-person and virtual, has strengthened client relationships and significantly impacted ROI. Katie doesn’t just get the job done; she lifts up everyone around her while doing it.”
“Katie has been an asset to the sales team through the collaborative approach that she repeatedly takes when creating a new marketing campaign. I always felt like she took the time to understand what the sales team was trying to accomplish with campaigns instead of just assuming what we’d want. Because of this approach we always had successful multi-faceted campaigns that generated a lot of top of funnel opportunities for Vasion over the years.”

AI in Practice
I hold a Claude Marketers certification — and took it a step further at Shortcut's first Agent Ship-A-Thon, where I built two AI agents from scratch using Claude Code:
Reddit Brand Monitor: Watched Reddit for mentions of Shortcut and Korey. Because "Shortcut" is a common word and "Korey" is a name, a basic keyword search is useless. I built a two-stage pre-filter: keyword match first, then Claude scoring. It tracks both brands separately and generates suggested responses tuned to each product's voice.
Reddit Competitor Intel: Flipped the same infrastructure to monitor competitors instead. Every result is scored by switching likelihood and comes with a ready-to-adapt response angle.
Other ways I use AI in my work: ad copy testing and iteration, AEO strategy, behavior-triggered email development, audience targeting optimization, campaign reporting and insight generation, growth experiment prioritization, competitive research, and content strategy.
